The ceremony will be taking place at 18:00 at an undisclosed location (spoiler alert: think Mamma Mia!). There will be transport to the ceremony venue and from there to the reception venue afterwards – so you just need to sit down and relax. Please make sure to tell us where you’re staying (hotel, Airbnb etc) – otherwise we won’t know what collection points to arrange. We will be confirming pick up times and places closer to the date.
After the ceremony, we will enjoy some drinks & canapes at the reception venue which will be followed by dinner and the party. It is a barbecue buffet so we hope to cater for most tastes but please let us know in the RSVP form if you have any dietary requirements: allergies, preferences for vegetarianism or veganism so we can be prepared.
We will have a photo booth at the party so please make sure to stop by and take some (funny) snaps. You get to keep a copy and so do we – let’s make sure we have enough remember the day well. Most importantly, we’re expecting you all at the dance floor!
Our marvelous wedding planner Jolanda will be there on the day to answer any questions and to make sure we all stick to schedule so please make sure to address any issues etc. with her or our wedding party. We may be too busy having a blast so they’ll be there for you.
